Bayco wire: the best alternative to steel wire

Prevent fruit tree cancer

American research in 2012 showed that plastic wires cause 50 to 75% less fruit tree cancer infections than steel wires. Pseudomonas infections are also reduced.

7 times lighter

The Bayco wire has the advantage of being light in weight and therefore easier to apply. The Bayco wire is 7 times lighter than steel wire.

Stretch and shrink

Unlike steel wire, the wire does not suffer from corrosion caused by chemicals. The Bayco wire is also not very sensitive to temperature and therefore better retains its tension. Plastic wires conduct heat less. While steel wires, on the other hand, are more susceptible to stretching and shrinking.

The most important property of polyamide is that the wire remains under tension when installed. Experience has shown that the wire retains its tension even after 15 years.
